Available now Everything on this page is on Your account and data, under

People in the portal's side bar. You don't need to be in a workspace to open it. You don't need to ask RND for any of it, and each action is recorded in the audit log.

Download my data gives you one JSON file with what the portal holds about you:

• your profile: your email address, and when your account was created;
• the workspaces you're a member of, your role in each and when you joined;
• invitations sent to your email address, to workspaces and to houses;
• the notification emails you turned off;
• the audit log entries about you: what you did, and what others did that concerns you, such as inviting you or changing your role. Your own entries include the IP address you acted from. Entries made by someone else never include their IP address. Each entry shows when it expires;
• any access request made with your email address on the landing page.

Delete a workspace

Only a workspace's owners can delete it. Admins can't: deleting a workspace removes its owners too.

1. Next to the workspace, choose Delete workspace.
2. Read what happens and what is kept.
3. Type the workspace's name exactly, and confirm.

When you confirm:

• Everyone loses access at once. The workspace disappears from every member's portal, including yours. Its invitations stop working, and so does any RND support access its owners granted.
• Its connections end. Producer and consumer connections are removed, and their client secrets stop working. Consumer queues and dead-letter queues are deleted, with any messages still in them. So are the workspace's topic and its archive. The bus removes these within minutes.
• In a publisher's house, every vendor is removed first, as Remove vendor does. Their connections end, and each vendor's own audit log records it.
• In a vendor workspace, if it's your organisation's last vendor workspace, your organisation leaves every house it's in first, as Leave does, and each house's audit log records it. If your organisation has another vendor workspace, its houses stay: you manage them from there.
• A publisher's workbench can be deleted once its house is gone.
• Your organisation's apps belong to the organisation, not the workspace: they stay for its other workspaces.

It can't be undone. What stays after a workspace is deleted:

• The audit log keeps its entries, including this deletion, for 365 days; then they expire. Nobody can change or delete them.
• Messages already in story timelines expire 7 days after they were published. Gateway decision logs expire after 30 days, and test runs and rehearsals after 90 days.
• RND removes the story state the gateway kept for the workspace's stories. RND also removes the throttling keys of its producer connections. These keys are not credentials: nothing can publish with them.
• Your organisation's record and its apps stay while it has other workspaces. When it has none left, RND removes them.

If removing what the workspace owned doesn't finish, the workspace stays deleted and nobody can reach it. The page tells you, and RND completes the removal.

Delete your account

Delete my account removes you from every workspace you're in, then deletes your sign-in. Type your email address to confirm. It can't be undone: to come back, someone has to invite you again.

A workspace always keeps an owner, so the page stops you while you're the only owner of a workspace:

• If others are in it, make one of them an owner first, on the workspace's Team page (see Your team). You can also delete the workspace.
• If you're its only member, delete the workspace first.

After your account is deleted, the audit log still keeps the entries about you for 365 days, for security and accountability. They record what was done and by whom, and can include your email address and the IP address you acted from. They never hold your password or the messages you sent through the bus. Then they expire.

An RND admin's account is removed by another RND admin.
