What it means

Your credentials are fine, but your queue could not be read or changed: it is still being set up (a new connection takes up to a few minutes), or the queue service did not answer. Nothing was received, acknowledged or released.

How to fix it

Retry after a short backoff, honouring Retry-After. Messages you received earlier and did not acknowledge come back when their visibility timeout ends. If it keeps happening, ask RND.
