What it means

Every story.context snapshot carries a sequence_number that strictly increases for its story. The bus remembers the last accepted snapshot of every story, with no expiry.

How to fix it

Resynchronise: the next snapshot uses the last accepted number plus one. For a test rerun, use a new story_id.
