What it means

Your credentials are fine, but the configured instances the house bound to your connection could not be read. Nothing changed: the registrations you read last are still the house's, unless it changed them since.

How to fix it

Keep running the registrations you read last, and retry after a short backoff, honouring Retry-After. If it keeps happening, ask RND.
